The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

    Shipping Address
    Email Address

    How Is My Information Used?
    Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

    Security and Storage
    Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored online. This information is encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

    Cookies and Browser Information
    Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping Locations
    I ship to the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

    I also ship to Canada, Germany, Ireland, Norway and the United Kingdom. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    NOTE: If I do not have your country listed as a shipping option, please contact me and we will make every attempt to assist you in placing an order.

    Shipping Times
    I do my best to ship your order the same or next business day. Most packages arrive to thier shipping destination within 2-3 business days.  

    Order Tracking
    I use USPS online which automatically generates a tracking number. That tracking number will be sent to youvia the Webstore once the postage label has been printed. You can also check PayPal online for tracking information.

    I use USPS online which automatically insures a package for $50.00.

    Shipping Rates
    I use USPS shipping which determines your shipping charges based on the weight and size of the items being shipped to your location. The majority of the time (>90%) I am able to ship your order cheaper than what the Webstore calculates.

    I ship most orders in USPS Regional rate boxes to save you money. For the most part, USPS Regional rate prices fall in line with USPS Parcel Post prices.

    Back Orders
    If I have an item that allows backorder, I will ship the what is in stock and ship the backorder item when it becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

    Special Shipping Needs
    If you have special shipping needs (Overnight, delayed shipment, etc...) please do not hesitate to contact me. We will work out a custom shipping solution based on your needs.

    All items are warranted to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of 30 days form the date of purchase.

    All Circuit boards are warranted to be free from defects and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. All circuit boards are tested for operation before they ship.

    If you feel you have a defective item please contact me immediately to see if I can help you resolve your issue.

    Defective Item
    If an item is returned and found to be defective within 30 days, the customer will have the choice to request a replacement or refund for that item.

    Shipping for defective items will be paid by the customer and reimbursed once the item is received and found to be defective.

    If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for the same item of a different size or color within 30 days. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case. The replacement item will not be shipped until the original item to be exchanged has been received.

    Shipping for exchanges will be paid by the customer. 

    All returned items must be in the original unused condition and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns for electronic items such as circuit boards must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Shipping for returns will be paid by the customer. 

    Return Inspection
    All items that are being returned will be inspected. Items that have been altered, damaged or do not have the security / tamper label affixed and intact will not be accepted for return or warranty.

    Merchandise that has been visibly damaged or electronically modified will not be accepted for return or exchange. Electronic merchandise that is being returned will be tested for operation before any warranty or exchange can be determined.

    How to Return an Item

    1. Please email cajun.arcade@gmail.com to request a return and I will assign you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. This number will be added to the Return Shipping Address (See Below).

    2. Mail your returned item to:

    3. Please include in your package a message stating the reason for your return with any additional information you feel may be required to validate the return.

    Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspecton of the returned item. If you are to receive a refund for a returned item all appempts will be made to refund the amount for the item purchased back to the original funding source. 

    We do not refund the original shipping that you paid at the tme of placig the order.  

    Restocking Fee
    All return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
